The mission of this charitable corporation is to sponsor and support educational programs for:
- Junior sailing
- Adult sailing
- Safety at sea
- Conservation
- Use of Lake Michigan water
- Other topics applicable to both sail boats and power boats
- Preservation of park land near Lake Michigan
The Junior Sailing School, Adult Sailing and High School Sailing Team programs are conducted under the auspices of the MYC Foundation. The Foundation also underwrites some Community Outreach activities.
Donations are tax-exempt.
