Chef Santo D' Amato is a native of Milwaukee with a Sicilian background. He has been part of the Milwaukee culinary scene for over twenty years, including a lengthy tenure at a North Hills Country Club. There he found his passion in private clubs and most recently was the Executive Chef for the Bartolotta operations overseeing several outlets. Well versed in many cuisines as an excellent private club chef should be, he has had endless opportunities to work beside and learn from many great chefs. As a result, he has seen and done some extraordinary things as it pertains to both service and culinary excellence.  In addition to his regular menu, Chef Santo offers weekly specials that often feature cuisine around national and international holidays.  He can do it all, from burgers and casual buffets to culinary adventures such as Iberico Pork and his requested Beef Wellington. Keeping up with the constant changing trends, Chef Santo is persistently researching and “playing” with various ingredients to achieve original results in both the taste and appearance of his artistic dishes.
